As well as having high standards and demonstrating good attention to detail you’ll work alongside the head chef to set the bar high in terms of delicious dishes, effective kitchen controls and excellent standards of health and hygiene.
We are part of a small but growing group and see our junior chefs as our head chefs of the future and this is a great opportunity to develop your skills in a busy environment, working with professional chefs to create delicious dishes using fresh quality ingredients. Along with the potential of on the job NVQ training.
Bilton-in-Ainsty is in a small village on the outskirts of Wetherby, near York and due to the location we’re looking for someone who is able to make their own way to and from work as there are no bus routes.

Sous Chef | The Beehive
We are looking for a sous chef to join our existing, experienced team at The Beehive, Thorner.
Working in a stylish site on the outskirts of Leeds we are looking for someone who is used to working in a busy and demanding working environment. As well as having high standards and demonstrating good attention to detail you’ll work alongside the head chef to set the bar high in terms of delicious dishes, effective kitchen controls and excellent standards of health and hygiene.
Due to the location of our venue you will ideally have access to your own transport however it is also on a popular bus route which is serviced by the Harrogate to Leeds line 770 & 771.
We are part of a small but growing group and see our junior chefs as our head chefs of the future and this is a great opportunity to develop your skills in a busy environment, working with professional chefs to create delicious dishes using fresh quality ingredients. - Operational flexibility and full ownership of the various roles and responsibilities required within a Head Chef role

We are looking for part time staff who will be working shifts on a rota basis. There are varying shifts available with weekend, lunch time and evening work available.
We are a growing company with four pubs and there is a lot of potential to progress within the company. We offer full training to staff along with the opportunity to work towards NVQ’s.
Due to the nature of the role we will only be able to employee someone over the age of 18.

Front of House Staff | Swan & Talbot
We are currently looking for staff to join us at the Swan & Talbot, Wetherby. Experience is preferred but we are also keen to talk to people who may not have experience but are willing to learn.

General Manager | Husthwaite
This is a brilliant opportunity for an experienced, forward thinking General Manager, to hit the ground running and take full ownership of a beautifully, refurbished country inn, in an idyllic village near Easingwold. We are looking for someone with vision, business acumen, energy, consistency and an attention to detail, who has experience of running a site with over £1m turnover a year. You should have sound, detailed knowledge of all aspects of running a busy pub/restaurant.
As the General Manager of this relaxed, quality country inn you will have full autonomy in the day to day running of the business. Ensuring the site is performing in sales, ensuring excellent site standards, customer service and food quality; as well as being a key player in the training of your team, by developing from within and recruiting external talent.
Key requirements include:
- Managing a team of excellent front of house staff and working with the kitchen team, to deliver a smooth, customer focused service at the busiest of times.
- A sound knowledge of key financials, sales targets and budget management, that is involved with running a site of this level. You should have confidence in working with P+L and forecasting.
- Maintaining the highest level of site standards, ensuring all areas are clean and tidy and that all procedures are managed effectively by yourself and your staff, in your absence.
- Ability to be a team player and work with head office staff, the kitchen team and your own staff to push the business forward.
- Demonstrate an excellent attention to detail.
- Be presentable, professional, effective and friendly at all times.
- Have a positive, can do attitude and be able to work autonomously, showing initiative and problem solving skills, as well as within head office directives, leading a team to develop the business.
